We must all work together to make things great, not stand in each others way to try and make ourselves, what we think is great.

A unique concept event that challenges two bands to battle against each other for an audience voted award.

Going BIG in the big apple, Gazelle makes an appearance in NYLON magazine

Known for their outstanding knitwear, the Inoue Brothers have ventured to Africa in search for good collaborators for their new collection. Together with Gazelle and with the Créol Brothers they present the Ubuntu Collection.

“Using eco friendly organic hemp material as canvases for these beading pieces, the final garments are producedthrough an uncompromising process commissioning local artisans and seamstresses around Capetown.”

Together with their collaborators they present a collection of t-shirts, one part come with beaded decoration, the other part with prints. All beading has been hand-sewn by the women of Khayelitsha. The graphic t-shirts come in a collaboration with Gazelle. All tees are produced in Africa with organic hemp materials. The outcome is a beautiful collection of tees for Summer 2010 that could not come at a better time.

Also each t-shirt comes with beaded USB key, featuring behind the scenes images, a short film by The Inoue Brothers and Gazelle, as well as exclusive music tracks by Gazelle. The collection will be sold at 10 Corso Como, Dover Street Market and other high end retailers.
